How Can I Contact the Insurance Department?

The Pennsylvania Insurance Department actively supervises and regulates title insurance pursuant to The Insurance Company Law of 1921 - 40 P.S. §§910-1 to 55. Consumers are welcome to contact the Department for any matter. If you have a specific complaint which you have not been able to resolve with your title provider, please include the company name, address and your file number in your letter to the Department.
