Schedule of Rates

Section 5.0 of the Rate Manual allows for two methods of operation by a title provider:

"Company or Agent Procedure”. The Charge for policies issued under this procedure are set forth in Section 5.50.

“Approved Attorney Procedure”. The Charge for policies issued under this procedure are set forth in Section 5.51.

The Schedule of Rates for both methods of operation, showing the cost per $1000 of insurance up to $30 million of insurance, is set forth below.
